Jamu can be purcahsed at Body Balance Yoga Studio on Jackson St. in downtown Roseburg during hours of opperation. Feel free to email sauchajamu@gmail.com to make sure we have some in stock! Otherwise, home deliveries can be scheduled.
I recommend starting with 2oz daily, adjusting dosage as needed. No more than 5oz daily is needed.
Taking your Jamu first thing in the morning (before caffeine or food) is a great way to get the juices flowing, loosen up your body, and ignite your inner fire
Jamu is also great to take after a large, hard to digest meal, as it is extremely effective at subduing any potential gut discomfort that may occur post meal
Taking your Jamu at night can help enhance detoxification while you sleep, leaving you feeling ready to rock ‘n roll come morning

Disclaimer: Jamu is very heating in nature, meaning that it is great at getting things moving (if ya know what I mean). If you are prone to diarrhea, start slow. Listen to your body, and adjust as needed.
